A CLEAVER Salumi Cabinet is designed to provide the perfect controlled environment for curing your salumi products.
The easy to use control panel allows you to set a temperature between 5°C and 25°C and a relative humidity between 60% and 90%.
Our cabinets use a passive system of air circulation to keep the air moving, but not blowing on your products.
Our cabinets are built to take centre stage.
But they are more than just stylish…the double glazed, tinted glass helps to insulate your cure from the outside environment and the stainless steel door trim in built to last.

Sounds logical enough, but our stainless shelves have loads of hanging points with 21 separate bars running front to back on all shelves.
The shelves are removable and there are a number of mounting points up and down the sides of each cabinet too
They’re built solid to carry the load.

For the big stuff, each of our cabinets comes with a heavy grade hanging bar.
Your new cabinet comes complete with a removable catch tray.
Place under any freshly hung meat to catch the spices and the drips, then simply remove and wash as needed.

We have designed them and purpose made them to be small and strong so you can maximise the hanging space in your new cabinet.
